Text messaging (SMS)

使用 SMS 功能之前首先检查一下配置 SNS -> Mobile -> Text messaging (SMS) -> Text messaging preferences

Default message type: Transactional
Account spend limit: 100 USD per month
Default sender ID: Pinpoint
Amazon S3 bucket name for usage reports: pinpoint-sms-reports // 这个bucket不会展示在 S3 Console 中。

由于 AWS 控制台报错提示不友好，配置不成功时要采取逐个参数保存的技巧排查哪个参数有问题。很可能是由于 Account spend limit 默认是每月 1.00 USD 导致的，我们需要通过 AWS 支持中心 请求限额提升。
